Review content:
After visiting several restaurants in Ft. Walton, searching for the perfect seafood place, we came across Staff's Seafood Restaurant. Staff's bills itself as Florida's oldest seafood tradition, since 1913. Certainly not white tablecloth, just honestly fresh seafood served from the Gulf of Mexico. I ordered the grilled Red Snapper, the regional specialty. Terrific and tender. My partner had the broiled Flounder. All entree's come with a house shared salad, and we had their orginal Bleu Cheese dressing. And started with the stuffed mushrooms, with their famous receipe crabmeat stuffing. All this was followed by a very nice desert bar. Our server, Debbie, was quick to bring our Dirty Grey Martini's, and tell us all about the local folklore. We asked the hostess to call us a taxi, to take us back to our hotel. But Debbie, our server, would not have any of that, and personally took us back. Now that's what we call real personal service. At the top of our list, when we return!
Pros: Fresh Seafood, Original Receipe. Great Service!
Cons: Wish We Lived Closer! We're From Atlanta!
