PLEASE READ THIS...To keep my name private, i have changed my name. Please know that as a prospective TENANT YOU DO NOT have to give money for an application. That is stealing. If you are denied and they say come back you have to pay an application fee again. Check other property management co. and you will see they keep their info on file for atleast 3 months and you dont have to pay another application. I dont think they even run your credit cause they take more than one application per property. Something is wrong with this company and you need to know there are many threatening issues from the man in the office who calls the police. wonder how many times the cops are called to PMIG. Please run from this company. Pass this on. If you dont give them your services they will eventually go out of business. They are terrible managment people. MEAN, EVIL and vindictive.
