I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. They were horrible to work with. I own a house in Idaho and made the mistake of having them manage my property. EVERY experience I had with Darlene Berry was horrible. I had finally had enough when I started receiving my rent check later and later each month. Darlene Berry told me that the tenant was having financial problems and was paying late......I contacted the tenant who promptly produced cancelled checks for every month showing he had paid ON TIME. Crooks........save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
