Review content:
They claim they have new & improved stores, but it appears that they didn't overhaul the help or lack there of. They have 1 chance to salvage a business relationship with me and that chance is ticking by fast. My daughter on her 15th birthday decided to go into the Kingsport shop located at the Fort Henry Mall location. After going through several dresses, since it was the first time we had been in there, her 15 year old friend decided on one and wanted to try it on. The lady at the fitting room told her, ""Unless you have a purpose, like prom or something else for that dress, you can't try it on."" NOT good customer service. I don't care if you're short handed, I don't care if it were a homeless person off the street, you DON'T treat a customer like that. She said this out loud and several other customers were shocked to the point of open mouths. Other associates witnessed this and did nothing. You make an informed decision on whether this was a good route to take.
