Review content:
Kids play in the pool, screaming, while parents do nothing but give you a hard time if you tell them to be quiet. Kids pee and poop in pool. Last year people party in pool area until 11PM. Other tenets can't park; the painted lines in the parking lot don't mean anything. Management only there to collect check, but don't actually do anything. Grounds don't get cleaned, trash and gum on sidewalk until it decays away. Rent doesn't go down if the market goes down. Once they move it up, they don't care. At the time I moved in, place was nice, management kept everyone in line. Now without management enforcing rules, the place is turning into a war zone. I plan to move out when I can, God willing soon.
