Review content:
As a resident of Heather Village, I couldn't agree more about how unprofessional, unfriendly, and simply inhumane in the handling of resident issues by this company is. We are accused of breaking condo association rules, but when we asked for a copy of these rules so that we could follow them, we were refused. I would like to know what the condo association fees cover, since every issue we have, we are told that it is our responsibility to cover fixing the issues. When we asked what the fees cover, they were very vague. For example, the fees supposedly cover the cable, but we have barely any signal. The cable techs told us the wiring in the whole complex is shoddy, and that the association needs to get it re-done. According to SeaWay, that is not their responsibility. Another example is the roof. We have a lot of water damage on the third floor (even while paying higher condo association fees for the ""new"" roof), but we were told only that they would need to send someone out to see if the roof is what caused the water damage. Nobody has even called to schedule this. We are told different things at different times by Dolores Brown, which are clearly conflicting, but she remains adamant that she is right, while refusing to back up any of her claims in writing. If we had known about the kinds of problems we would have here, there is absolutely NO way we would have moved in here!
