Review content:
I took two pieces of glass I needed to have cut to fit a large frame I had made. I needed the two pieces of glass to be cut the same width. They cut one piece about a half inch two short. They also got permanent marker on my wood frame and I am not sure if I can get that out. When I showed this to the manager he stated that they will not do anything to replace the glass because I brought it in. Now I am on the hook for a new piece of glass and possibly having to replace the wood that they marked up. It would seem to me that a ""Glass"" Co. should have people working for them that can measure and cut glass, but hey that?s just me....
Cons: Incompetent, cannot measure and cut glass.
