Review content:
Our dog returned from the kennel with a serious case of kennel cough. She also left bloody tracks in the back seat of our car after her nails were trimmed. The kennel management was significantly unsympathetic to our complaints--blew us off may be a better description. They suggested our dog may have caught the cough elsewhere. Our dog was healthy and had been vaccinated. But the coughing was so severe we worried whether she would get better. Vet bill to help her recover: $300. Guess whether the kennel offered to reimburse us.
