Review content:
If you like being jerked around by rude, unreliable, fly-by-night operations, then you'll love Rocket Messengers. I called them at 10 am to pick up a single envelope. They told me they'd be there in an hour. I called them at 11:30 am to see what was up. They told me another 45 minutes. I called back at 12:15. They still hadn't dispatched a driver to my my address, and wasn't quite sure who I was. Then some guy named Murray proceeded to use my being irate about their incompetence as an excuse to bail on the job, but not before taking a threatening tone with me. Maybe the reason Rocket Messengers can't handle a local delivery is because while they claim to located in Hollywood, they're really way out in Chatsworth. The good news is that after Rocket screwed me over, I called Canyon Flier -- a reliable messenger service -- and they were there in 20 minutes for the same price
Pros: They are good liars. I have to give them that.
Cons: Buyer Beware!
