these are the worst apartments i've ever lived in. when i first moved in last summer the air didn't work then and there was no hot water. then they said they fixed it and when i tried to turn the shower on the faucet fell off in my hand. when they came to ""fix"" that they apparently messed something up cuz i had a leak in my closet coming from the pipes in the walls from the bathroom. and i had no hot water again.it took them 3 days to come out and all of my clothes and shoes were ruined cuz i didnt know it was leaking till i smelled the mildew. when they came out they didn't know what to do and this happened 4 more times!they pulled up part of the carpet and sat it over a giant fan that blew the nasty mildew all over my daughters crib and my bed every time it happened.they left the closet door hanging off and the fan going all night and expected us to sleep in there with the noise and smell. the office had an attitude when i called to inform them my daughter has asthma and couldn't breathe in there. they take days to fix anything but if you put your trash by your door to take out on your way to work they slap a $10 fine on your door immediately! i wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy! it's a slum!
