Christopher was very professional and did a very good job on my carpet. I won a free carpet, tile and grout cleaning and was very happy. No one ever mentioned that I really wasn't going to get anything for free because I only qualified for a 150 dollar discount. I was told that for the entire job it would be $600 . He said that I could get the tile and grout cleaned and sealed for an extra $116. I was told that you did not honor the complete cleaning anymore because you had been taken advantage of, which has nothing to do with me.
I will never use your company, and I have already told people about your false advertising.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding; we were very excited for you to be the winner of our $150 gift certificate. I understand there was a miscommunication prior to our arrival, I was glad that we could provide the $150 of free services for you. I am sure you can understand our concern; we had given you the $150 free gift certificate, however, you wanted over $600 worth of work completed? Again I apologize. I am glad that Christopher was able to take care of the cleaning and the grout seal for you, the $116 was a great deal. So after all was said and done, not only did we give you the $150 free services but we discounted the grout sealer for your inconvenience. Christopher is a great technician, we appreciate the kudos..
