Terry of Sterling Renovations did a fantastic job on the remodeling of our new office building. I was in a construction/rehabilitation management position for 8 years prior to my current job and managed construction projects on a daily basis and I have to say this was the smoothest project I have ever been a part of. It appears Sterling Renovation's philosophy is to get in and get out while holding the company to the highest of standards. I was always able to reach Terry when I needed anything and HE called me every day or two and provided me a complete update on all line items. I also worked with Edgar and Edward with the company and they were also a pleasure to work with and knew what they were doing. GREAT WORK and the building looks great!
