Review content:
Not impressed with the service. They came out for our energy audit and told us we had a gas leak and that it would be 200.00 to fix it and they would not complete the audit until it was fixed. We call the gas company they said their was no leak. So we decided 200.oo wasn't that big of a deal and it can't hurt to have it fixed, We had a repair person from ecotelligent homes come out (they were 2 hours latewith no phone call). We asked them to test for a leak once more before they reapired. They was none! The boss was on the phone and didn't know we could hear him say ""we are going to charge them for the service anyway"" when we sign a contract that said we could cancel free of charge at anytime. We will be getting our energy audit from another company.
