I asked for two suits to be pressed. I had just purchased these and needed them pressed for an interview. the creases were very flimsy from the time they spent at the store. When dropping off the suits I asked if I needed to specify what areas to focus on, the reply was that they will press the whole thing no worries. I trusted that they knew what they were talking about.
Well upon picking up my suits they did not look pressed at all. The lapels were still mismatched in length and could not button the suit coat without causing the lapels to look awkward. To top it off one of the suits had a gum like residue on the corner of the lapel. These were brand new never worn suits. I was so miffed that not only were my suits not ready for the interview but they did not seem to be in any better shape than when I dropped them off. I just brought them home with me at that point figuring I could do better myself. How hard is it to press a suit so that it actually looks pressed. Will never use them again and recommend to anyone that they find a better even if more expensive dry cleaner to press their suits.
Pros: Done when they said.
Cons: Not at all what I paid for.
