Review content:
The whole staff is abhorrent, especially the security department. When I first entered through the casino doors, I was welcomed with a security guard following me throughout the casino for no apparent reason. I complained to the security supervisor and he just gave me an excuse that it was a coincidence. No apology for making me uncomfortable or any resolution for their ill treatment of their customer. It was no surprise when I heard that an in-state competitor fired one of their dealer for lying and breaking casino rules. To top it all, it was rumored that the dealer was living with the one of the supervisor who worked at Meskwaki Bingo Casino and that is how the unsavory dealer was hired within weeks. It sesms that Meskwaki management allow such reckless business practices and poor customer service. One can conclude that Nation Of Isalam is in bed with Jihad Joe at Meskwaki Bingo Casino Hotel if you know what I mean. If there is no accountability at Meskwaki casino, I advise to stay away until they get their house in order and I don't see that happening anytime soon.
