Well well lets just say I OWN here and i honestly regret it 100%! The bug problem is terrible!!! But lets not forget to mention the $300 condo fees I pay monthly to have NO security what so ever. Cars are vandalized plates are being stolen off the cars. And here im paying $300 for a one bedroom (condo fees)!!!? For what? To have my pool cleaned (which is on a rare occasion) or is it to have my grass cut at 8am? Thats really about where all the money goes. The gym is tiny and half the time the machines dont even work... Soleil has a way better set up..God for bid if you play your music a little bit loud.. If you were thinking about moving here dont waste your time or your money because its far from worth it. I dont even feel safe in a ""gated"" community. 3 words, WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!
