We ordered a bus for 22 with A/C for our wedding party. Sounds simple right? Clearly not! First off the people who answer the phone sound trashy and less than professional. They sent a bus that holds about thirteen with a shattered door to pick up my bridal party. My father-in-law called to tell them they messed up so they then sent us a NON AIR CONDITIONED bus that held everyone. My girls hair and make-up were ruined! The bus radio kept going out and the poor bus driver was up front jiggling some sorta socket to try to make it work. I tipped the driver because he was nice and had nothing to do with the poor business provided. THEN after the wedding i find a charge on my credit card which they were NOT authorized to charge for the remainder of the total due. My father-in-law had spoken to them and received confirmation his card was charged, however, they charged mine! I called to resolve this and the first guy says he can help me but then tells me to call some other guy. I call the other guy because they were due to refund $200 for the mess up and I wanted the charge off my credit card! He doesn't call me back in a timely fashion. Finally, I hear back from him via voicemail that because I disputed the charge he can't re-credit $200 of it. THE WHOLE AMOUNT NEEDED REMOVED..CLEARLY THESE ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS OWNERS! I am STILL trying to resolve this but in my opinion they failed to provide the services requested which I have documented. I NEVER signed a contract with them, and I would NEVER NEVER wish this for any other wedding. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm on the border of going to a lawyer because this is ridiculous! By the way this company is NOT cleveland affiliated..its the carolinas!
