I've gone to Hottie Tan on and off for years and have never had one complaint. The staff is very nice and helpful, I always get my lotion discounted as well. I have been to places that had the Kiss beds (15 minute beds) that are newer, but actually I don't get tan as fast as I do in Hottie Tans 20 minute beds. They're beds are great, and bulbs are always changed.
The only thing I would say was a slight downer is I like capsule (stand up) beds and they do not have those. They really even your tan out and get your under arms and sides very well, but it is no biggie.
I do really like the friendly staff, even when I see them in other places around town they say hi and are nice. They also let my daughter hang out while I tan, as long as she is quiet, they do not mind. Very family friendly and highly reccomended!
