I believe that maybe it is time to consider the age old method of providing fresh water to cities, using a down graded form of heat to desalinate salt water, using the heat from nuclear energy to evaporate salt water, with an atmosphere pressure to separate the process from the drink water supply. As we study the process of how the Sun takes contaminated water through evaporation and atmospheric pressure returns the water to a source clean and suitable for human consumption.
