I was extremely disappointed with the service received at this establishment. They are so short staffed that the receptionist is also the makeup artist and photographer! Needless to say, the portraits themselves came out okay, but the pricing is ridiculous. The manager was stubborn about denying my coupon, and I had to reshoot my photos because they 'lost' them. They assured me that they could recover them and I should wait 24 hours to view them. 24 hours rolled around, and the photos they showed me were from the second shoot. Nothing from the first shoot...I would remember because I was there and used different props/fabric, etc.
I was given a discount of one free print. Which they almost forgot about. Additionally, they say the reservation fee is used toward your purchase, or refunded if you don't buy anything -- not true.
They offered to email me photos after making a purchase, but again - no results.
I went here with my sister when I was younger -- maybe 10 years ago and I don't remember it being this bad. Before one of my only complaints was their poor application of makeup. They've clearly gone down hill since then.
I advise people to hire other local photographers. You'll get better quality for your money and more courteous customer service.
