Well these guys will remember your name if they think they can get more money out of you in training sessions or supplements but forget it if you don't want to pay for a bunch of over priced extras.
My trainer was so busy trying to get me to pay more money to have him train me that even in 3 sessions he couldn't get around to setting up a decent routine for me. Went back for a retraining with a different trainer who was so busy making sure that I hurt he couldn't be bothered to listen to me and show be what the first one hadn't.
Place is has good equipment and great hours. The basic price wasn't bad.
Just remember their trained in: rapport, find a need, fill the need and make the sale.
