I have been going to Patricks for several months now. The second time my hair was colored to what was suppose to be a rich brown, it came out black. I called my colorist and Patricks that day when I got home to ask her if I could come back in to have some of the black taken out, she never called me back, SO, I decided to give her another chance , since then, things have been fine. But last week, I went in to have my somewaht grey roots colored and some hilites refreshed around my face. When I got home, I looked in my mirror and noticed she barely covered the gray at all, looks like I did not even have it done, and the hilite was brassy. I called and left a message for Rosie to call me back, hoping I could just go in and it would be an easy fix. Well, I left two messages and never got a return call. So with that being said, I will now begin to look for a salon that cares and wants thier clients to good and be happy(especially for $148.00, not including the tip) I guess keeping steady clients means nothing to her.
