We have been so pleased with Georgia Home Theater. They are extremely responsive and trustworthy, and they are very good at what they do.
We first started working with them long-distance, when we were buying a house in Georgia while living in another state. We wanted to order some chairs for our media room, so we called and spoke with Eric, who was extremely helpful. He worked with us over phone and email to help us pick out chairs, making suggestions as to the type of chairs and how to arrange them.
Having had such a positive initial experience with Georgia Home Theater, we decided to use them again when we wanted to redo our media room. They changed the projector, upgraded various screen components, added a panel to the wall, added XM radio and programmed remotes for us, among other things.
We are very happy with the way that everything turned out. We called them many times with questions and ideas for things that we wanted to do but were not sure could be done. Georgia Home Theater implemented our ideas and was able to do everything that we asked.
They redid our doorbell to ring through our phone and they programmed our in-law remote controls so that guests could control certain elements but not others.
They have answered every question we had and solved any issues that came up -- large and small. They do not just do one big project. They follow up with you and they take care of the little things along the way.
They also fix things immediately. For example, we had someone working on the yard who accidentally cut a wire that affected our system. Georgia Home Theater came out to fix it right away.
I would definitely recommend Georgia Home Theater. They know their business well and their employees have proven themselves to be extremely trustworthy. I have left them alone in the house several times and they have always been very respectful. They leave everything clean and in order, and they do an excellent job.
