Review content:
When I was sick, I couldn't schedule an appointment with my own doctor till the following week. I saw Dr. Kaspar the same day at the Medic-Care Clinic and was impressed with his knowledge and down to earth approach. He treated me compassionately like a human being, not like when I was treated as just another body at another unmentionable walk in clinic I had been to in the past. Dr. Kaspar was thorough and courteous and gave me a prescription for two medicines that only cost $8.00 at the local pharmacy which did the trick nicely for me. I was in and out in an hour! The other clinic that I had gone to previously didn't even have a doctor see me, I was seen by an arrogant nurse practitioner after waiting two hours, who barely examined me and charged a lot more than Dr. Kaspar did, and ordered some pills that cost over $140.00 and left me feeling sicker than before. Even though the Medic Care Clinic wasn't a participating provider with my insurance plan, I know I will come back again when I need a doctor, mainly because my plan doctor can never get me in without a two week notice. Dr. Kaspar was worth every penny, I was back at work in no time.
Pros: Very down to earth staff. Easy parking. Close to pharmacy and shopping.
