I WENT IN TO THIS SHOP WITH MY DAUGHTER AS SHE WAS HOPING TO FIND TO GOWN OF HER DREAMS FOR HER SR. PROM AND SHE DID..UNFORTUNATLY, SO DID ANOTHER YOUNG LADY IN OUR TOWN BUT THE SHOP FAILED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO EITHER ONE OF THEM(EVEN THOUGH THAT IS THEIR PRACTICE) IT WAS THE GIRLS THEMSELVES WHO NOTICED THE ERROR AND CONTACTED THE SHOP..NOT ONLY WERE THEY RUDE AND LIED ABOUT THE SITUATION TO US,THERE WERE NO APOLOGIES GIVEN..THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SENT A CHECK EVEN THOUGH THE RECEIPT CLEARLY STATES THT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS EVER GIVEN..(THE OWNERS MOM WHO WAS CAUGHT IN MANY LIES TO COVER UP THE MISTAKE TOLD ME THAT IT DID NOT APPLY TO PROM DRESSES.)REMEMBER THAT LADIES!!! THE ONLY THING THE MOM KEPT SAYING INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING WAS OH WELL ONE GIRL GETS IT AND ONE DOES NOT..NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL IN MY BOOK AND WHEN YOU SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY ON A DRESS YOU WOULD EXPECT MORE...SHAME ON THAT SHOP
