A couple of months ago I had purchased a bridesmaid dress from the abbey. The woman took my measurements and I came in at a size 18. You get measured with your clothes on and then they explain to you where you fall on the size chart. The woman recommended the 16 because I was in between but I thought I'd be safe with the bigger size. I went in recently to get a fitting and the dress was so big that even by taking it in it would not have looked right anymore, and I felt so bad because I should have gone with the smaller size, and I had lost a ton of weight I now came in around a size 12 (lost a lot of inches). But the girl got on the phone and calmed me down and reassured me that she would do everything in her power to get me a new dress. And she did it! She was so awesome I could not have been more grateful!
