Mass auto and the dealership down the street are both owned by Dave. I bought a audi from this dealership a little over a year ago. The car failed inspection twice. Every time I brought the car back they said they fixed it however the same problem would still be there. They NEVER fixed anything!!! They pull the cars in their cheesy little garage and act like they are fixing things however they only put temp repairs on cars to shut you up. The guys in the garage don't speak English so dave cant even communicate with them about any repairs to vehicles. He makes false promises that if you buy the parts that they will fix the car for you but everything out of daves mouth is a LIE! After repeated attempts of asking him to fix the vehicle he finally got fed up and called the cops having me removed from the property... There is a reason why you see people in front of his dealership with signs saying how bad they suck!! This dealership is a con. I swear they pull cars out of the junk yard and sell them. The audi didn't even last a year. The oil leaked, the breaks went, the sensors always needed to be replaced. Dave promised to replace the alternator then when it went he tried to tell me to just buy a new battery!! I had to take the car somewhere else and pay for an alternator to be put in then the engine blew a month later.. If you want to waste your money then you can get a car from this joker..please warn everyone so no one else gets scammed!!!!
