NY Brite was referred to me by a realtor who has used them before. I am always skiddish when using a new cleaning service -- I've had many bad experiences. The doorbell rang at 9 am, right on time..a young well groomed and polite young man appeared and introduced himself. I showed him around my apartment and where the cleansers were located...He immediately went to work. I originally scheduled him for 5 hours, but the apartment hadn't been cleaned in a while and he was so thorough and quick that I decided to keep him longer to work on areas that I was going to tackle myself. It turned out to be a total of 9 hours. I had to practically push him out the door to get a bite to eat or he would have worked straight through wit hout a break.Expensive but worth every dollar. I plan to use them again, especially him.
