do not order items that require special preps to your specifications IE steak. i request pink ok , but no blood, I cut into/ blood spills on plate. Gross ! I send back / it comes back smaller considerably (missing the piece i cut into) dry as baordand tough like leather when i cut it2 it again I requeast a new one/ it again same piece/ smaller yet again comes back no difference. just w/ some liqid over it in a pool.. forced to suffer this little aprox 5oz. piece (origanially was a 10 oz. cut half the size) smothered in sauce. flavorless tough peice of leather. this happened 4 times in a 3 yr period ..if your are gonna treat yourself to expiensive food You should get your $$ worth I politely speak to mgr. he was very rude HE Comped my bill But told me not to come back??. .!!... no problem .. told everyone on my block and put up flyers as well. i did not want a nasty free meal i wanted to treat myself to a nice hunk of hot juicy steak pink .. but not bloody.. is that too much to ask.. ???.. i think not... at thier prices you shold get better food .plolite service .. and mistakes .. w/ no lip from staff ..if cook screws it up.. should be corrected w/ a polite apology and a smile.. i'll take my $$$ elsewhere ..i may have a farther distance to go but i found a place to get the steak i like w/ flavor always quik and w/ a smile ...no loss on my end .. im happy to go elsewhere !!
