I called ahead of time to ask the price of a brazillian bikini wax and the receptionist said starting at 35 (after putting me on hold) in a rude tone so one would assume that an easy quick wax would be $35. The wax was fine and the waxer was personable but she then charged me 50 and said that I had barely any hair so she charged me LESS than usual. I mentioned that the receptionist said 35 and she said they are usually 75 or 80 and that a regular wax is 35. The website clearly says $35 for a brazillian. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. The waxer (Zola) asked her why she said 35 and she even snapped at Zola. The owner should be ashamed for hiring such a snippy and rude receptionist. It must be nice to charge whatever you feel like depending on the day. Pricing needs to be worked out with the staff so there is a consistent charge. Clearly they have problems with their customer service. I should have listened to these reviews.
Pros: quick wax
Cons: I've had better, prices, RUDE staff, atmosphere is not very high end considering prices
