I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR TO THIS SMALL SHOP IN CHARLESTOWN AND I COULD NOT BE MORE PIST OFF WITH THE LEVEL OF WORK AND REALLY POOR ATTITUDE THE SO CALLED OWNER WHICH WAS ALSO THE SAME GUY WHO DID THE TINT JOB. I HAD TO GO BACK TO GET MY PASSENGER WINDOW REDONE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THIS GUY DEMONSTRATED NOTHING BUT THE UPMOST LEVEL OF DIRESPECT TOWARDS ME. THE GUY CLAIMS HE HAS THE BEST WARRANTY IN THE INDUSTRY AND THAT HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR ABOUT THRITY YEARS BUT TO BE HONEST WITH YOU I THINK THAT THIS GUY SIMPLY NEEDS TO HANG UP THE GLOVES OR GO INTO ANOTHER LINE OF WORK BECAUSE THIS IS CLEARLY NOT HIS THING!!!!
