I can imagine what the original Starbucks in Seattle started out like years ago. Great coffe house that truly appreciated the art of a great cup of coffee. It was served by employees that worked there because they felt a part of the company and new what it was all about. Friendly, efficient, a wealth of knowledge about the product, and a passion for what they did. Its a shame Starbucks got away from that. But its great for Chicago that Intelligentsia employees have taken up the torch! There is a reason why so many great restaurants are now using Intelligentsia coffee for thier customers also...its GREAT COFFEE!
Pros: Knowledgeable Staff, grat coffee, friendly service
