I initially went to Matt for help with anxiety and pulling out my eyelashes. It took only a few sessions to completely stop with the pulling. Five months after I went to Matt, during some very stressful moments, I found myself beginning to pull on them again. I never pulled any completely out, but never the less I didn?t want to covert back completely to my old habit. So, I contacted Matt to see if he could help me. He said sure and that I didn?t have to drive down there. Instead, he said that we would try a phone session first. He called me one morning and in only one hour he had me back on track. I haven?t pulled on my lashes since that morning on the phone. I couldn?t believe that all it took was one simple phone call to get me back on track. I am so pleased that Matt could help me again. He has really helped me change my way of thinking, and I am so appreciative to have met him.
Pros: Warm, very understanding, and EFFECTIVE!
