There are 7 rules to good customer service. 1) Answer your phone. Sometimes they are not able to answer the phone all the time but if you leave a message they do get back to you in a very timely manor. 2) Don?t make promises unless you WILL keep them. Jim always keeps his word cars are his life. 3) Listen to your customers. Always listens to you and helps you make your dreams come true when it comes to going super fast in your car he makes it so that you feel butterflies in your stomach with a crazy adrenalin rush. 4) Deal with complaints. I have never had one but if I did I am sure he would go out of his way to make things right. 5) Be helpful - even if there?s no immediate profit in it. They love to help you. They go out of there way and spend long hours to make things perfect for you. They are one of the best in the industry. 6) Train your staff (if you have any) to be ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. 7) Take the extra step. They take the extra step to make sure they are giving you your moneys worth and the best quality service they could possible offer. Also they take there time to explain the procedures of the thing they are performing for you and your car. When you leave your car / baby with them you know your leaving your baby with the best and knowing it will be safe and cared for like the beauty it is. You know what will go on and will leave with 100% satisfaction! Pros: Best Service Cons: Nothing
