When I first came to Caspian, I wasn't even sure, I wanted to come in. Place looked really unimpressive (to say the least) from the outside. But when I came in, I was pleasantly surprised. It was really clean and well decorated.
Food is pretty good and very cheap. All waiters are friendly and helpful. I've visited this place several times since and never been disappointed. The only downside, they don't serve any alcohol, but you can bring your own, and they'll supply you with glasses.
Pros: Great Food, Friendly Service, Cheap!
Cons: Parking, No alcohol
