I used to work at the Caspian, however, I also worked at a million restaurants in the cities so I do not feel I am that biased. I have not been back in a long time and I went the other day. The food was fantastic. One of the perks of Caspian is that all the food is fresh-NEVER FROZEN. It is also incredibly healthy, although that is partly a result of the generally health middle eastern diet. In addition, I know from working there, the place is spotless. The owners make sure every inch of the place is spotless constantly. Anyway, I love the food. Try the sabzi or geihmeh if you are feeling more daring. They are terrific. I saw some of the reviews said the service was bad. I had good service so I can't complain. Of all the restaurants I have worked at, this restaurant and Babalu are my favorite.
