My order wasn't complicated. Did not have it done when promised, which was fine, but when it happened again it was unacceptable. I could tell the person in charge had an attitude, Mike was his name. I did not let how aggravated I was become apparent over the phone. I kept my cool. All I wanted was an honest answer to when my order would be completed and installed. Not sure Mike even knew when that would be, let alone if he indeed could find the info on my order. The place he runs has to be a disorganized mess, either that or the guy puts preferences on the orders that come in- which get pushed to the front of the line because they pay a lot of money, etc, etc. Hands down the customer service is extremely poor. Schalow Manufacturing is just a huge hassle to do business with.
