Review content:
The owner is a self serving pompous jerk that care only about his bottom line. After a series of tests today, without a solid clue as to what my pet has, I was billed $467.07. I had already explained to the office manager that I couldn?t pay it in full and would come back on the 1st of August to pay the outstanding balance. I have brought my cats there for the past 4 years so it is not like I am someone they don?t know and just came off the street. So cutting to the chase, when the owner demanded that I pay today and sign a promissory note and I refused his aggressive demand he threatened to call the police. Call the police and I will call KOVA and speak to them. Needless to say I won?t be bringing my pets back to this clinic.
