Of all days, my wedding day Exclusive Limousine in Concord NC promised a 2004 Cadillac, even took credit card confirmation and emailed written directions. Instead of what was agreed upon they showed up with a 15 year old substitute and a ridiculous excuse. Trying to tell myself and over two hundred guests that the 2004 Cadillac had water pump problems and this was the replacement. I should have got the heads up with Exclusive Limousine before booking, because even management was extremely unprofessional and rude. Exclusive Limousine in Concord NC showed up for the occasion, putting their best foot forward and letting myself and all the guests know who not to do business with...Exclusive Limousine or even Muscle Cars Unlimited, their other fake name. Making my big day very disappointing, putting it lightly!!!
