Reserving was easy. Rate is reasonable. Plane was delayed and they kept track. Upgraded us to a strech limo. Our first driver was polite and a good driver. Our return trip, the driver was actually the owner and he was so terrific. He was so patient -- our meeting ran late and he waited on us and then even stopped so we could pick up some much needed chocolate. Everyone I talked to associated with this company was polite, professional and customer service oriented. It was a great experience and I'd recommend to anyone.
