My husband had been going to Tgf on a regular basis. The last two visits were terrible. The hairstylist that usualy cut his hair quit. The new stylist that cut his hair left his scalp raw and red both times. Not only did she cut it unevenly she then charged us extra without explaining why. When we asked what the extra charge was for she said it was because she was the master hairstylist and could charge extra. She never asked us or informed us of this. We had no idea master stylist could charge more. If she had asked us we would have said no. That's the last time we went there and we will never return. Their customer service is lacking and everyone working there seems they'd rather be doing something else with their time than providing any services to paying clients.
