Review content:
This place should be looked into for fraud. We have taken our dog twice to try and figure out what his allergies are. I understand that it's not an exact science unless you take him to a dermatologist or get a blood sample. However, I've now spent $350 there and absolutely nothing has happened. Yeah, the $42 office visit sounds nice, but they have to pay their staff just like everyone else. So they find ways to add stuff to the bill and explain that these tests are absolutely essential. However, we have another dog and used a vet on the north shore when we lived up there and we've never heard of any of these tests besides heartworm treatment.
I called them back after the second visit because when I got home I looked up the medicine they gave us and found out the $33 ear cleaner is for sale on amazon for $2! They wouldn't take it back so I told them they were about to lose a customer over $33. The woman said ""that's fine, you're never satisfied when you're here anyway."" Well, I'm not satisfied because I've spent $350 and they've done absolutely nothing to help with his problem. As I write this he's sitting next to me itching himself. I feel horrible and now I have to wait to see a real vet because money is tight right now. Extremely angry with this vet and I will never give them a good recommendation.
