I recently met with Jack Jernigan to look at houses. My wife and I are hoping to buy our first home soon and Jack was referred to us by a friend of my wife. Jack is very knowledgable about the real estate market in Nashville and really explains things well. We haven't found a house yet, but are really glad we're using Jack Jernigan as our real estate agent!
