Review content:
I am a disabled veteran, my wife and I planned to sell our 2003 Home of Merits and build a home on our property. We paid over $400 to post our manufactured home on Charles Harris's (Owner) web-site. One couple loved the place and was about to have Wholesale Mobile Home Brokers finance the loan. They said they would complete the paperwork needed for the price of $1,000. We were given the option of paying for it now or at the time of the sale. The couple had decided to get financed through the banks and were refused a loan. They decided to drop out until they built their credit back up. Since the sale of the manufactured home did not happen, we requested our $1,000 back that was paid for doing the final paperwork of the sale. Charles Harris said it was non-refundable, even though the paperwork did not indicate so. DON'T GET HOOKED BY THIS COMPANY, I RECOMMEND ALL VETERANS AND MILITARY PERSONNEL TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. $1,000 is alot of money to lose or be swindled out of. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: N/A
Cons: Thumbs Down!!!! They are not very truthful, and they have no respect for the laws.
