I was a loyal patient of bensalem medical pratice for over 20 years, I was diagnosed with an incurable illness 8 years ago, from the time I was diagnosed at first they were fine, over time they blatantly disregarded referrals that NEEDED to be sent with at least two weeks notice they should have been able to send at least one. After that it became a regular habit of theirs to shun me as a patient, not return calls or send referrals, not send me vital test results for tests they referred me to, to disregard my concerns for insurance and medications and flat out refuse to fill them. I have seen every single doctor in the practice and every one has disappointed me, referred me to the wrong people, put me through countless tests that I shouldn't have needed to get done a second and third time. I'm no doctor but I've seen at least 30 different doctors at other practices ranging from acupuncturists to the intestinal and pretty much every other part of the body and they are by far the worst. I was recommended treatments that made my condition worse and greatly decreased my bone density and have caused irreversible bone damage and pain to my body. For 8 years I was told that there was nothing to be done and when I saw a separate doctor they told me about a treatment that had existed four years into me being diagnosed. Plain and simple, their receptionists are rude and uncaring, they treat you like a number and give you attitude and frustrated answers for the most simple questions such as, I was in earlier for an appointment earlier today and I need to make another appointment because was too busy to help me. They have a lot of patients but it's purely based on their location and their number of years as a practice, they used to be good a long time ago, now they make you wait forever, one doctor even accused my husband of 6 years of spousal abuse and said he was the cause of my depression when he has been the only person doing anything to help me through this. Another time, I was told that I gave off an odor, because I was not prescribed medication that adequately aided in pain relief and treated my symptoms I could not shower or move from my living room chair, if I had been given the medication I am on now that I needed there would have been no pain and suffering for the 6 years I endured it, not even being able to walk to the bathroom and soiling myself for years because these doctors were wrong about my illness, prescribing me little or nothing for pain relief and ignoring my clearly debilitating symptoms. I don't want anyone to experience the pain, emotional hardship and suffering that was caused by this medical practice. Out of all their doctors none could see what was going on with me I was told my illness was untreatable when that was not the only thing that had been wrong with me for all this time. Kudos Bensalem Medical Practice for the worst overall doctor related experience of my life quite a fair feat when you've seen as many doctors as I've seen over the years.
