Review content:
We had our house painted and rotted wood replaced, The crew was very nice and corrected things quickly. We have been happy enough that we now are having them replace our windows.
After working with several contractors in the past, the whole team at All-Tex has been one of the best.
On a side note, we had other work that needed to be performed on the house. All-Tex could have written the paper, but they were upfront that it would just be a pass-through and they aren't general contractor or project management company. In the end, even though I originally wanted one company to do everything, their recommendations on who to go to for the other aspects of the job turned out to be perfect, saved us money, and better meet both sides of expectations.
Did they do a great job? Yes. Was their a few issues? Yes. Have all of our past contractors from other companies have issues? Yes. Did All-Tex take care of us? Yes.
We will post our experience with the windows. It'll be a different crew, but we have known that up front.
Pros: Very easy going. Willing to work through issues brought up.
Cons: As with any contractor, you still have to watch over them.
