Review content:
They start well with lots of promises. Then the delays begin and go on and on. My project took twice as long as agreed to. Lots of excuses, protests, and defensiveness on the part of the contractor. However, the workmanship is excellent, and I'm thrilled with how my home looks. I think they are awfully expensive, though. Still, I would use them again, but I have learned to stay after them next time: no excuses--get it done when you promised or knock down the price $100 for each day of delay, barring bad weather of course. That might light a fire under them.
