I attend this gym and I think its great. I used to workout sometimes at Gold's Gym and even though I was a size six and was really happy with my body, I would always feel like I was not good enough to workout at Gold's. Innovations is a great place with personal trainers and a friendly staff. They also just got some aerobics classes giong which I here are really good. Their tanning is great too! Because the gym is a 24/7 gym they do the tanning with tokens where you can go in at anytime, put your token in and tan for 15 minutes. I really like this gym but the only downfall is just that it's a little crowded.
Pros: great people, non-judging atmosphere, 24/7 tanning
