I brought in a hard drive to be installed in a laptop. Should be simple right? They had it over a month before I got the laptop back. Where to start... They never called me back to ket me know the status of my laptop...I always had to call them. Even when it was ready for pickup, I still found out about it when I called them. Another time the person I had talked to said it was readynfor pickup, and when I arrived the hard drive was not installed. Seemed incredibly unprofessional. Anytime I came by or called, they always had some excuse and blamed somebody else. They lost my power cord, although an employee gave me one of the universal ones they sell. And maybe this is my fault for being ignorant, but the price seemed really high for what I received. I brought in a 5 year old laptop and had to purchase a $100 hard drive. Their installation cost me $100. It seems that a good business would have been more concerned about having a happy customer and tell me I can just buy a better computer now for $300-400 rather than fixing the old laptop. If they had done that, I would've been ecstatic and been likely to use them again. But that $100 was so important that they didn't look out for my best interest. Again, that's partly on me for not knowing any better. Would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
