I don't know how this place can stay in business. it started off exceptional: professional, organized, good value
Then, as the staff changed, so did the service:
...not on time
...when I asked the receptionist what I had remaining on my package, she said she was too busy to look it up, yet she made a personal phone call in front of me
... phone calls not returned
... and the biggy: if I didn't keep an email from a former manager, i would have been cheated out of 3 services valued at over $1000.
Also, at my last appt, the technician had a motor mouth... she didn't take a breath. I left exhausted.
